Take Flight with Mindfulness

For 24 days, commit to a daily mindfulness practice. As part of this challenge, Team RWB will offer a library of pre-recorded meditations and will host three live-guided meditation opportunities with veterans across the nation, available via the Team RWB Member App.

Complete your practice and check in to the daily events for all 24 days to earn your Take Flight Mindfulness badge.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE TEAM RWB APP

Download the Team RWB Member App or click here to create your profile.

STEP 2: JOIN THE CHALLENGE

Once you’ve downloaded the Team RWB Member App, navigate to the Take Flight: Mindfulness Challenge using the trophy icon and click “join.”

STEP 3: BE MINDFUL

Access Team RWB’s practices or join a live session in the Take Flight: Mindfulness Challenge. Whatever you do, be sure to complete your mindfulness practice each day.

STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR PRACTICE

To earn a badge, record your daily participation by checking in. Use the trophy icon to navigate to the Take Flight: Mindfulness Challenge. On the challenge home page, click the red “events” button and select the day you want to record. Click "check in." Don’t forget that you can navigate to “past events” if you forget to check in.
