Key Messages
-
Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB) is America's health and wellness community for Veterans.
We were founded by Veterans. We know firsthand that many of us carry a mission-first mindset from our service, often neglecting our own health in the process.
That’s why, since 2010, our community of nearly 320,000 Veterans, Service Members, military family members, and supporters (our “Eagles”) have enriched the lives of Veterans through events and programs focused on building a healthy lifestyle.
-
At Team RWB, we strengthen Veteran well-being through connection.
Our comprehensive programs focus on the areas that matter most: physical health, mental health, purpose, and relationships. We call this a “left of clinical” approach—creating opportunities for Veterans to stay healthy, connected, and engaged through fitness, leadership, service, and community before they ever need intervention.
From weekly workouts to national endurance events, our experiences bring Veterans together to challenge themselves, build meaningful relationships, and discover renewed purpose alongside others who understand the journey.
-
Military service provides more than a job. It offers a built-in community, a shared mission, and a deep sense of purpose. When service ends, many Veterans lose those daily connections and opportunities to serve alongside others.
Research shows that strong relationships, regular physical activity, and a sense of purpose are among the greatest protective factors for long-term health and well-being. That's why Team RWB focuses “left of clinical,” strengthening the social connections and healthy habits that help Veterans thrive before intervention is needed.
By bringing Veterans together through fitness, leadership, service, and shared experiences, Team RWB helps them build healthier lives, stronger communities, and lasting relationships that continue long after they leave the military.
-
Team RWB takes a proactive, upstream approach to Veteran well-being.
Rather than waiting until challenges become crises, we focus on strengthening the protective factors that help Veterans thrive: physical health, genuine relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose. We call this a “left of clinical” approach, investing in connection and community before intervention is needed.
Just as importantly, we reject the narrative that Veterans are broken. We believe Veterans are resilient, capable, and built for continued leadership and service. Our role is to provide the opportunities, community, and challenges that help them continue growing after military service.
Whether it's a weekly run, a national endurance challenge, a leadership opportunity, or a local social event, every Team RWB experience is designed to help Veterans stay healthy, connected, and ready for whatever comes next.
-
Team RWB welcomes Veterans of every generation, Service Members, military family members, and civilian supporters who want to build stronger communities together.
