Recurring Giving Manager
The Manager, Recurring Giving owns the strategy, growth, and health of Team RWB's Eagles Reserve recurring giving program, the organization's primary vehicle for building a sustainable individual giving revenue engine. This role is responsible for the full spectrum of program growth, to include net-new donor acquisition, retention, stewardship, churn intervention, and upgrade pathways across the Eagles Reserve member base, all anchored to the Veteran as the unit of impact. Working closely with the Associate Director of Individual Giving, Marketing, Technology, and Operations, this role ensures every member receives a consistent, meaningful, and mission-aligned experience from their first gift through long-term partnership. This is a builder role: Eagles Reserve is a newly rebuilt program with a four-tier structure, impact-anchored messaging, a redesigned digital experience, and conversion campaigns targeting thousands of untapped donors, and the right candidate will make that vision operational.
