Team RWB App
Fitness Tracking and Challenges FAQ:
Connecting your apps and devices, syncing workouts, and taking part in Challenges.
Part 1: Connecting apps, devices, and syncing
Which fitness apps and devices can I connect?
You can connect one app or device at a time from this list. Connected directly: Apple Health (iPhone only), Health Connect (Android only), Samsung Health (Android only), and Strava. Connected through our partner Terra: Biostrap, CardioMood, Coros, Garmin, Google Health, Oura, Polar, Suunto, TrainingPeaks, TriDot, Whoop, Withings, and Zepp. Find and connect any of them from the Connected Apps screen.
Can I connect more than one app or device at a time?
No. You can have only one app or device connected at a time. To switch, disconnect your current one first, then connect the new one. Any workouts that already synced stay in your history. Connecting a new device will cause the app to pull historical data. It is possible you will get duplicate workouts if you disconnect and reconnect to a new platform.
How does my data get into Team RWB?
