For 24 days, commit to focusing on improving the behaviors that can affect your sleep quality. We’ll focus on unlocking the three parts of the sleep process: sleep clock, sleep need, and sleep disrupters. With expert tips from our sleep coach and weekly Zoom Q&A sessions, you’ll be ready to hit the hay every night and wake up rested and recharged for your daily adventures.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE TEAM RWB APP

Download the Team RWB App or click here to create your profile.

STEP 2: JOIN THE CHALLENGE

Once you’ve downloaded the Team RWB App, navigate to the Take Flight: Sleep Challenge using the trophy icon and click “join.”

STEP 3: IMPROVE BEHAVIORS

Leverage our expert tips via the Take Flight: Sleep Challenge to improve your behaviors that affect your sleep quality. Take steps each day toward your goals.

STEP 4: SUBMIT YOUR PARTICIPATION

To earn a badge, record your daily participation by checking in. Use the trophy icon to navigate to the Take Flight: Sleep Challenge. On the challenge home page, click the red “events” button and select the day you want to record. Click "check in." Don’t forget that you can navigate to “past events” if you forget to check in.

Those who complete the challenge for all 24 days will be rewarded with better sleep and a chance to win Oura Rings.
