Team RWB's Old Glory Ultra Relay is reinvigorating the spirit of the Old Glory Relay by attempting to establish a new world record for a transcontinental team effort.

Our runners and crew chiefs are ready, but we need additional support to help make this happen.

Additional support needed includes:

  • MECHANICAL - professional experience working as a technician or other relevant certifications

  • MEDICAL - requires experience as an MD, PA, ND, RN, paramedic, etc.

  • PHYSICAL - professional experience as a physical therapist, athletic trainer, or massage therapist required

  • SOCIAL - talented content creators to help share the story from the road

  • GENERAL - willing to do any tasks and be part of the journey

Old Glory Ultra Relay FAQ

  • - Run: You can apply to run as part of our 12-person team above.

    - Crew: Team RWB is looking for 4 crew chiefs and additional support. Once runners and chiefs are selected, we will share information about other ways to get involved ranging from medial and mechanic support to event hosting and cheering.

    - Sponsor: Fill out the form below.

  • Runners will need to be able to keep up a 7:30-8:00 min/mile average pace for 15-17 miles per day for up to 15 days.

  • We are looking for crew chiefs who:
    - Have previous experience as ultramarathon, triathlon, or adventure race crew chiefs
    - Have leadership experience in the military or a civilian career
    - Have experience managing a team or group of 8 or more people

  • Runners are expected to be announced by September 15, 2024.

    Crew chiefs are expected to be announced by August 15, 2024.

  • The Old Glory Ultra Relay kicks off May 1, 2025 and is expected to go through May 15, 2025.
