Who is Team RWB?

Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB) is a nonprofit organization forging the nation’s leading health and wellness community for America’s veterans. Our community is over 200,000 members strong.

What is WOD for Warriors?

WOD for Warriors, presented by The Vitamin Shoppe, is a national fundraiser and functional fitness WOD (workout of the day) to honor our nation’s veterans and support Team RWB on Veterans Day.

Hundreds of gyms and thousands of participants across the nation are hosting events to help remind America’s veterans that their best days are ahead. 

There are two ways for you to participate.

First, find an Event Host near you. Join their team. Raise funds for America’s veterans. Break a sweat together on Veterans Day.

Second, register as an individual fundraiser and crush the workout on your own.
