What is the VRG Convening?

Every year, Team Red, White & Blue brings individual leaders of the nation’s top corporate Veteran Employee Resource Groups (VRGs) together to discuss the importance of supporting health and wellness among veterans employed by top businesses.

VRG leaders learn about the current state of veteran health and conditions disproportionately affecting veterans. This includes obesity, cardiopulmonary and sleep disorders, and mental health challenges that many veterans face in an isolated society. Team RWB recognizes corporations have an opportunity to impact veteran employee health. At the VRG Convening, we provide access to various resources and engage in robust dialogue. The goal is for all VRG leaders to collaborate and share best practices so we can all collectively improve veteran health and wellness.
