Toby Johnson

Toby Johnson is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point. She was commissioned as an Army Aviator and spent seven years on active duty as a Longbow Apache helicopter pilot. Toby deployed with the 3rd Infantry Division and was part of the initial invasion into Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003.

Upon transitioning from the military, Toby graduated from Harvard Business School in 2007 and joined PepsiCo, where she has had broad functional experience leading teams throughout the value chain. Her responsibilities have included leading manufacturing operations, driving productivity globally, owning sales relationships with some of the company’s largest customers, developing new products, packaging and consumer insights, leading large teams, and general management. She is currently a region vice president for Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo.

In addition to serving on the board of Team RWB, she is also a board member for the USO of New York City, and an executive sponsor for Valor, a PepsiCo employee resource group for veterans. Her passions include health and well-being, mentoring other leaders, and artistic outlets. Toby and her family split their time between Dallas and Philadelphia.
