Team RWB joins forces with INFLCR, student-athletes to support veteran recognition
Atlanta, GA - INFLCR and Team Red, White & Blue (Team RWB) have partnered, engaging student-athletes across America to raise awareness for their cause of improving veteran health and wellness. Through access to INFLCR's athlete community, Team RWB is focused on encouraging the support of military veterans today and tomorrow, which directly results in the rate at which future generations join the military.
"This unique partnership has so much potential to support current and future veterans and is a perfect fit for Team RWB's mission and vision," said Mike Erwin, Team RWB Executive Director. "INFLCR's mobile app makes a big difference in student-athletes' lives as they navigate changes around NIL; and now, we will extend that impact into the veteran and military space by opening its doors to Team RWB. Working with student-athletes will allow us to reach new audiences and remind our nation's veterans that their best days are ahead when they focus on their mental and physical health."
In addition to connecting student-athletes to the Team RWB veteran community, the partnership provides a platform for resources, education, and opportunities to connect further by attending local Team RWB events.
"We've found that many student-athletes have a direct connection to the military, and others are looking to explore the philanthropic side of NIL," said INFLCR Founder Jim Cavale. "Regardless of their military connection, Team RWB offers student-athletes an authentic way to build their personal brand and partner with a vetted and credible nonprofit organization. We're excited to see our student-athletes support the mission behind Team RWB."
Team RWB has already connected with several athletes, including reigning INFLCR NIL Summit athlete of the year, UCLA quarterback Chase Griffin, and is building support around its Veterans' Day initiatives. Team RWB will continue leveraging the INFLCR app by posting bulletins and connecting with other athletes.
"In 2014, I met Team RWB's Executive Director, Mike Erwin, at an elite quarterback camp, where he led a training event on leadership and resiliency," said Chase Griffin, UCLA Bruins Quarterback and 2X NIL Athlete of the Year. "His commitment to service inspired me, and today it is gratifying to see Team RWB partner with INFLCR to connect with college athletes across the country. I look forward to working with Team RWB and spreading the word about an impactful nonprofit supporting those who serve."
