CONOPS

Concept of Operations

Situation:

On June 6, 1944, Allied Forces launched Operation Overlord. It was the largest amphibious invasion in history, storming the beaches of Normandy to begin the liberation of Western Europe.

More than 150,000 troops from the United States and Allied nations faced fierce resistance, rough seas, and impossible odds. Their courage and sacrifice on D-Day turned the tide of World War II and secured freedom for generations to come.

This June, Team RWB honors their bravery and determination.

Mission:

Complete Operation OverLOAD, a D-Day Ruck March, in honor of Operation Overlord and the heroes who carried the weight of freedom on their backs.
