Concept of Operations
Situation:
On 3 OCT 1993, a MH-60 helicopter carrying Army Rangers and Delta Force crashed in Mogadishu, Somalia. During rescue operations, a second helicopter crashed and a battle began. The next day, a few remaining Task Force operators had to run a mile to a rendezvous point so they could be exfiltrated.
