Laken Stutzman

Laken Stutzman began her journey with Team RWB as a volunteer leader for three years before joining the staff full-time in 2014 as the Director of Finance. She provides strategic financial leadership for the organization, ensuring its long-term sustainability, growth, and mission impact. Laken began her career in public accounting before transitioning to the nonprofit sector, where she found a natural alignment between her business expertise and her passion for health and wellness and the veteran community.

Throughout her tenure, Laken has played a key role in helping evolve Team RWB from a grassroots organization into one of the leading Veteran Service Organizations in the country. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville and a former Division I field hockey player. Laken balances her professional dedication with life at home with her husband, Dustin, raising their three children.
