Kerry Clancy-Asher

Kerry joined Team Red, White & Blue in 2026 as the Installation Coordinator for Hampton Roads, where she builds connections between Service Members, Veterans, military families, and Eagle Nation through fitness, community, and meaningful in-person engagement.

Kerry is a Marine Corps and Army Veteran and former military spouse with more than 20 years of experience across military, community, and nonprofit organizations. Before joining Team RWB, she held roles supporting military communities through Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) and spent more than a decade with the United Service Organizations (USO), beginning as a Transition Specialist in Hampton Roads and ultimately serving as a Transition Operations Manager supporting a global team of more than 40 transition professionals. Throughout her career, she has built programs, developed training and operational processes, cultivated partnerships, and supported Service Members and military families through transition.

A lifelong believer in the power of movement and connection, Kerry has a background in fitness and personal training and continues to make fitness a central part of her life. She enjoys strength and functional training, running, cycling, hot yoga, and embracing the uncomfortable believing that sometimes the best way forward is simply to keep moving.

Kerry lives in Hampton Roads with her husband, a retired Marine and current civilian Marine Corps employee, and their beloved English Bulldog, Coco. More than just a four-legged companion, Coco is an inseparable part of Kerry's life, her constant sidekick, and a daily reminder of the joy found in life's simplest moments. Whether at home, exploring new places, or enjoying a little downtime, Kerry is happiest with Coco by her side.
