Whether you are new to Team RWB or just starting your fitness journey, this challenge will guide you through both movement and social goals, supporting you throughout your journey.

About the Challenge

Complete five 20-minute exercise sessions per week and tackle the suggested social challenges built to help expand your network of teammates to support you on your journey.

Check-in on the Team RWB app each day you complete your workout or social challenge. After 14 check-ins, you’ll earn your Eagle Fire Starter virtual badge and a store discount.

“Let’s Get Started” live Zoom events will be offered for personalized fitness support in a small group setting.

Meet Coach Cindy

Welcome to the team, Eagles! 

I hope to meet you on one of our weekly “Let’s Get Started!” coaching calls soon! As a long time volunteer Eagle Leader and fitness professional, I get the most joy out of helping others achieve their goals. I love supporting our members as they improve their health and grow better, faster, and stronger each day. 

As an Army Veteran and military spouse, I have lived all over the world and worked with a wide variety of people. I started my journey in fitness as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor, moved on to teach indoor cycling, functional fitness, and eventually strength and conditioning using power and Olympic lifting. I have trained beginner to experienced athletes, all with a common goal to increase their health and fitness. I know sometimes getting (re)started can be intimidating, that’s why I want you to know you’ve come to the right place! My goal is always to tailor each work out to you, ensuring that it meets your individual needs as well as your fitness level. 

Health and fitness are so important to me because as I get older, I realize more and more the importance to move well, stay flexible, maintain cardiovascular health and build strength. There’s nothing like the Team RWB community when it comes to knowledge, inspiration, and support for Eagles who share these same goals!
