Eric Baus

Eric Baus is a retired Infantry Colonel who served 30+ years in the U.S. Army. He enlisted in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard in 1991and was commissioned in the Regular Army through the University of Scranton ROTC program in 1995.

His career includes multiple deployments to Kosovo, and four combat tours across Iraq, and Afghanistan. Eric served in command and staff positions across the 173d Airborne Brigade, 82d Airborne, 101st Airborne, XVIII Airborne Corps, the Joint Readiness Training Center, Ranger Training Brigade, and 2nd Security Forces Assistance Brigade.

Eric currently serves as the Vice President of the 173d Airborne Memorial Foundation whose mission is to pay tribute to Sky Soldiers who fell while defending freedom. Eric resides in North Carolina with his wife Jennifer, a school teacher. They have five children.
