Dan Brostek

As Director of Technology, Dan manages Team RWB’s technology infrastructure and supports the development of digital tools and platforms.

Dan has over 25 years of management and leadership experience, including military, corporate, nonprofit, and agency roles. He spent 13 years at Aetna in consulting, corporate development, marketing, product development, and digital experiences. Before rejoining Team RWB, Dan spent time at Real Chemistry and Merkle designing and launching integrated marketing strategies in the health and insurance industries.

Dan holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy, where he spent the first five years of his career on active duty as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army. He resides in Bend, OR, with his wife and two sons, and enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, coaching the Bend High Lacrosse team, and pursuing his passion for running and rucking in the Cascades.
