Our 8-Week 10K Training Plan is a walk/run program that is structured, progressive and incorporates two functional strength workouts. One is focused on mobility and the other on strength. You’ll also be introduced

  • Take walk breaks whenever you need it.

  • Focus on quality over quantity to stay injury-free.
