Fitness Assessment

The EPFA is Team RWB’s latest initiative designed to help you establish your fitness baseline and track your gains over time.

Why Take the EPFA

People participating in a workout class in a gym, with an American flag hanging on the wall.

The military has regular fitness tests to ensure mission readiness. And there’s no greater mission than living life on your terms.

Setting a baseline is critical for long-term success. The best way to track progress is to see how far you’ve come. This assessment, coupled with the Enriched Life Scale (ELS) survey, gives you a snapshot in time of your holistic health and wellness.

It helps you see how ready you are to run that local 5K, play soccer with your kids, or simply wake up and take on the day in the way you want.

But this isn’t a PT test.

    NO FAIL

Every score is a starting point. There’s no flag and no remedial PT. The results are your baseline to help you set fitness goals.

    MEASURABLE PROGRESS

You can’t track how far you’ve come without knowing where you started. Use the EPFA to track your gains.

    BUILT WITH INTENTION

Each movement was chosen for a reason to track 5 key areas of fitness and give you a clear picture of where you stand.
