The Team RWB 8-Week Marathon Training Plan requires you be able to run a half marathon before starting. If you aren’t ready to run a half marathon, don’t worry. We’ve got you covered. Complete our free 8-week half marathon training plan and then take on this plan.

Our 8-week Marathon Training Plan is a walk/run program that is structured, progressive and incorporates two functional strength workouts. One is focused on mobility and the other on strength. You’ll also be introduced 

Here are some tips to help you succeed as you tackle this 10K training plan:

  • Take walk breaks whenever you need it.

  • Focus on quality over quantity to stay injury-free.

  • Don’t skip the functional strength workouts.
