Highlights

    • Optional ~5-mile day hikes onsite

  • Unmatched Scenery & Reflection Time

  • Alpine Lake Excursion

Fitness & Preparation

Although lodging is indoors and packs will be lighter, the altitude is real. Even hiking above 5,000 ft can feel noticeably harder—and at 10,000 ft, hikers can experience exhaustion, light-headedness, shortness of breath, and dehydration.

Conditioning is mandatory.
Plan to bring:

  • Sleeping bag

  • Clothing layers

  • Favorite snacks

  • High water-carrying capacity

Don’t let the lighter pack fool you—this trek is challenging and rewarding.

“It was the jump start I needed which provided me with a sense of purpose and a mission. Health and wellness is something I have control of which doesn’t require someone else approval to do. This Expedition was an example of there isn’t a limit to what it is I’m capable of doing once I’ve set my mind to accomplishing it.”
