Nita Pennardt

Nita Pennardt joined the Team RWB staff in 2015 as Director of Gratitude and Accounts Receivable Manager. Today she serves as Team RWB’s Associate Director – People. In this capacity, she is primarily responsible for performance management, compensation management, employee engagement, recruiting, and compliance. In addition to her people responsibilities, she continues to serve as Accounts Receivable manager. 

Nita’s background includes six years in banking, five years in public accounting, five years consulting, and 23 years with Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. (CCE) in a variety of roles.

Prior to joining Team RWB, through Redhead Consulting, Nita worked with contact center and technology organizations to help them improve operational effectiveness and efficiency and drive improved performance through highly engaged associates. 

As Vice President - Customer Development at CCE, Nita led the inception and provided strategic leadership to a four-site Customer Development Center responsible for generating $1.2 billion in annual revenue as well as managing over 4-million annual inbound customer service and support calls for customers across CCE’s North America Business Unit. During her time at CCE she also served in a diverse range of roles including Florida Division Vice President of Cold Drink Sales, Corporate Internal Audit Director, Senior Information Systems Manager, and Corporate Manager of Employee Communications. 

Nita received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Nita resides in Bradenton, Florida, with her husband, Werner. She enjoys participating in a wide variety of activities including paddle boarding, motorcycling, fishing, running, cycling, swimming, rucking, and rowing. She is a Certified PaddleFit Core Coach.
