Concept of Operations

Situation:

In July 1776, a new nation declared its independence — built on courage, conviction, and the unbreakable belief in freedom. Two hundred and fifty years later, we celebrate that same spirit through strength, discipline, and unity.

The America 250: Stars & Stripes 1776 Challenge honors the birth of the United States and the generations who’ve defended it. Every rep is a reminder that freedom isn’t free.

Mission:

Celebrate America’s 250th Birthday by completing 17 push-ups and 76 air squats every day in July honoring the grit of 1776 through 30 days of movement and consistency.

TASK

Complete the Workout:

Each day, complete:

  • 17 Push-Ups (for the “17” in 1776)

  • 76 Air Squats (for the “76” in 1776)

Earn milestone badges along the way:

  • Week 4: Founding Finisher

Optional Finale — “The 250” Hero WOD

Close out the challenge — on July 30 or Independence Day — by completing 250 total reps in honor of America’s 250th Birthday:

  • 125 Push-Ups

  • 125 Air Squats

  • (25-minute time cap)
