Concept of Operations
Situation:
In July 1776, a new nation declared its independence — built on courage, conviction, and the unbreakable belief in freedom. Two hundred and fifty years later, we celebrate that same spirit through strength, discipline, and unity.
The America 250: Stars & Stripes 1776 Challenge honors the birth of the United States and the generations who’ve defended it. Every rep is a reminder that freedom isn’t free.
Mission:
Celebrate America’s 250th Birthday by completing 17 push-ups and 76 air squats every day in July honoring the grit of 1776 through 30 days of movement and consistency.
