Situation:

On 11 SEP 2001, terrorists executed four attacks on U.S. soil and killed 2,977 people. It was a day that changed American life, forever.

Mission:

Honor those lost in the 9/11 terrorist attacks by taking on our 9/11 Stair Climb.

TASK

Complete the Workout

CLIMB 2,200 STAIRS.

Climb 2,200 stairs. That’s the number of stairs first responders climbed on their way up the 110-story World Trade Center.

Challenge yourself to climb 2,200 stairs with a 40 lbs ruck. That’s the weight of the gear the firefighters had with them that day.

Options to scale include dividing the climb with a buddy or 2 or 3.

Show up, complete the mission, and then open the Events tab within the challenge to check in. Join the conversation, share a recap, and post your mission photo.

Here’s how to create your own member-hosted event in the app so fellow Eagles can find and attend.
STEP 1: Open the Team RWB Member App and select Events on the bottom navigation menu.
STEP 2: Click the red plus button near the bottom of the screen.
STEP 3: Enter the information for the event. Be sure to include “9/11 Stair Climb” in the event title, so Eagles know it’s a Monthly Mission event. Once complete, click Create Event. That’s it, you made an Event!
