Michael "Sal" Salazar

Sal comes to Team RWB after retiring from the United States Army with 26 years of honorable and faithful service. During his time in the Army he served in almost every leadership position from Team Leader to Sergeant Major and was stationed all around the globe.

After the military, Sal worked a Real Estate Agent and also a Substitute Teacher. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Studies.

Sal enjoys being outdoors, especially if there is golf involved. In his spare time he is coaching youth football or baseball and being active either golfing, hiking, or cycling. He has been married for 24 years to his wife Kelli and together they have two children Addison and Denver. They all live in their beautiful home in Rolla, Missouri.
