Eagle Fit is one of Team RWB’s five programs that help veterans build a healthy lifestyle and support over 20,000 veterans and service members in 2024.


This program includes app-based fitness and wellness challenges alongside performance education content. Eagle Fit challenges and content are designed to build healthy habits and foster connections among our community members.

Eagle Fit Challenges

  • Hydration Challenge

    JUNE

    As temps rise, your body works harder, whether you're at the gym or the garden. Hydration fuels your recovery and resilience every day.

    June Summer Streak & Steps Challenge

    JUNE

    One goal, one month, one number: 5,600 steps every day in June. Grab a friend, build the streak, and let the science do the rest.

    2 X 20 Ruck/Walk a Day Challenge

    JULY

    Eagles commit to two walks or ruck sessions of at least 20 minutes each day, building energy, mood, and strength one step at a time. Double your movement, bring a battle buddy, and see what consistency looks like by the end.

    Veterans Outdoor Challenge (VA)

    JULY

    Get ready to soak up the sun, breathe in the fresh air, and recharge your mind and body. This challenge is 25 days to honor 250 years of America and our outdoor legacy.

    Core Challenge

    AUGUST

    Fifteen days, five minutes a day, zero equipment: this Tabata-style core challenge builds the stability and strength behind every lift, run, and carry. Embrace the work, and walk away with a foundation that holds up when it matters most.

  • 14 Day Balance Challenge

    SEPTEMBER

    Balance Challenge is intended to draw attention to the concept of balance and introduce easy-to-follow balance exercises that are designed to help with day-to-day coordination.

  • RWB Birthday Challenge

    OCTOBER

    It’s time to bring the Eagle Fire and celebrate 16 YEARS of impact, connection, and grit! 1 movement. 16 reps. 16 days. Each day, knock out 16 reps of the featured movement or stack them all as you go.
