Eagle Fit is one of Team RWB’s five programs that help veterans build a healthy lifestyle and support over 20,000 veterans and service members in 2024.
This program includes app-based fitness and wellness challenges alongside performance education content. Eagle Fit challenges and content are designed to build healthy habits and foster connections among our community members.

Healthy Heart Nutrition Challenge
FEBRUARY
Learn to fuel your body and power your heart with our multi-day Healthy Heart Nutrition Challenge. Be aware of balancing your plate with protein, carbs, veggies, and fruits, and stay hydrated daily!

Plank Core Challenge

Take advantage of the benefits of planks. Three levels are available: beginner (1 min), intermediate (2 mins), and advanced (3 mins).

March Madness
MARCH
A state vs. state showdown where Eagles worldwide will compete for the championship badge and ultimate bragging rights. Commit to 30 minutes of movement during the 6 Rounds of March Madness.
