Eagle Fit is one of Team RWB’s five programs that help veterans build a healthy lifestyle and support over 20,000 veterans and service members in 2024.


This program includes app-based fitness and wellness challenges alongside performance education content. Eagle Fit challenges and content are designed to build healthy habits and foster connections among our community members.

    Take Flight Challenge

    JANUARY

    Each week, a different topic related to nutrition, movement, sleep/recovery, and mental wellness is discussed.

    FEBRUARY

    Stretch your way to better mobility, improved health, and enhanced athletic performance with this 14-day challenge.

    Healthy Heart

    FEBRUARY

    Learn to fuel your body and power your heart with our 15-day Healthy Heart Challenge: Be aware of balancing your plate with protein, carbs, veggies, and fruits, and stay hydrated daily!

    Core Challenge

    MARCH

    This 15-day challenge will push you to rethink how you engage, strengthen, and activate your core without a single sit-up.

    March Madness

    MARCH

    A state vs. state showdown where Eagles worldwide will compete for the championship badge and ultimate bragging rights. Commit to 30 minutes of movement during the 6 Rounds of March Madness.

    Connect to Nature Challenge

    APRIL

    A 15-day scavenger hunt-style adventure designed to get you moving outside. Each day brings a new call to action, pushing you to explore, observe, and engage with nature in ways that boost both physical and mental well-being.

    Vibrant Bites Challenge

    APRIL

    Embark on the 14-day Vibrant Bites Challenge, tasting a new color of fruits, vegetables, or vibrant foods each day to fuel your health, expand your palate, and embrace the rainbow of nutrition.

    While Eagles gather in person for the Old Glory Ultra Relay, you'll be tasked with crushing miles to earn your badge.

    Research shows journaling can relieve stress and anxiety and boost positivity. Join us and we’ll provide prompts and support.

    Take advantage of the benefits of planks. Three levels are available: beginner (1 min), intermediate (2 mins), and advanced (3 mins).
