Eagle Fit is one of Team RWB’s five programs that help veterans build a healthy lifestyle and support over 20,000 veterans and service members in 2024.


This program includes app-based fitness and wellness challenges alongside performance education content. Eagle Fit challenges and content are designed to build healthy habits and foster connections among our community members.

  • Take Flight Challenge

    Each week, a different topic related to nutrition, movement, sleep/recovery, and mental wellness is discussed.

  • Tactical Pause

    For 12 days, dive into a mindfulness journey designed to bring calm, clarity, and resilience. 

  • Stretching Challenge

    FEBRUARY

    Stretch your way to better mobility, improved health, and enhanced athletic performance with this 14-day challenge.

  • Healthy Heart

    FEBRUARY

    Learn to fuel your body and power your heart with our 15-day Healthy Heart Challenge: Be aware of balancing your plate with protein, carbs, veggies, and fruits, and stay hydrated daily!

  • Core Challenge

    MARCH

    This 15-day challenge will push you to rethink how you engage, strengthen, and activate your core without a single sit-up. 

  • March Madness

    MARCH

    A state vs. state showdown where Eagles worldwide will compete for the championship badge and ultimate bragging rights. Commit to 30 minutes of movement during the 6 Rounds of March Madness.

  • Connect to Nature Challenge

    APRIL

    A 15-day scavenger hunt-style adventure designed to get you moving outside. Each day brings a new call to action, pushing you to explore, observe, and engage with nature in ways that boost both physical and mental well-being.

  • Vibrant Bites Challenge

    APRIL

    Embark on the 14-day Vibrant Bites Challenge, tasting a new color of fruits, vegetables, or vibrant foods each day to fuel your health, expand your palate, and embrace the rainbow of nutrition.

  • Run with OGUR

    MAY

    While Eagles gather in person for the Old Glory Ultra Relay, you'll be tasked with crushing miles to earn your badge.

  • Hydration Challenge

    MAY

    Consume the proper amount of hydration during this challenge.

  • Push Up Challenge

    JUNE

    Crush your limits with the Push-Up Challenge, building upper body strength, core stability, and mental toughness—one rep at a time!

  • Stretching

    14 Days of Yoga Challenge

    JUNE

    Embrace balance and flexibility in just 14 days with this yoga challenge designed to improve strength, reduce stress, and enhance the overall mind-body connection.

    Cycle to your choice of 60, 80, or 120 miles.

    Commit to rowing 25, 50, or 75K meters

  • Journaling Challenge

    AUGUST

    Research shows journaling can relieve stress and anxiety and boost positivity. Join us and we’ll provide prompts and support.

  • Plank Challenge

    AUGUST

    Take advantage of the benefits of planks. Three levels are available: beginner (1 min), intermediate (2 mins), and advanced (3 mins).

  • 2 x 20 Ruck Walk Challenge

    SEPTEMBER

    Ruck or walk twice daily for at least 20 mins.

  • Mental Performance Training Challenge

    SEPTEMBER

    10-day challenge is designed to reset your focus, strengthen mental resilience, and take back control from distractions.

  • Blue Star Steps Challenge

    Team RWB and Blue Star Families have partnered to collectively move in steps in honor of military families who relocate every year.

  • 15x15 RWB Birthday Challenge

    OCTOBER

    1 Movement, 15 reps, 15 days.

    For 11 days, commit to doing 11 burpees daily in honor of our veterans.

    Complete one movement each day, or make it a progressive challenge by adding on a new movement to the previous one each day.
