Courtney Bunn

Courtney Bunn began working with Team Red, White & Blue in 2023 as a Veteran Engagement Manager and now serves as the Associate Director of In-Person Engagement, supporting Eagle Leaders across the country in creating in-person opportunities for Veterans and all of Eagle Nation.

Courtney is an Army veteran who served for six years as a Field Artillery Officer with the 2nd Cavalry Regiment and the 18th Field Artillery Brigade. After transitioning out of the military, she worked as a performance coach, providing individualized health and nutrition coaching for individuals in high-stakes professions. She also brings over a decade of experience as a functional fitness coach, helping people pursue strength, resilience, and overall wellness.

Courtney holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of South Florida and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Tampa.

Courtney lives in Tampa with her husband, Roberto (a fellow Eagle), and their two kids, Trey and Cameron. As a family, they’re almost always on the move, whether that’s training for the next big fitness goal, getting outside, or turning everyday life into something active.
