The AT Triple Crown Backpacking Expedition is an unforgettable opportunity to push limits on the world famous Appalachian Trail, forge lasting friendships over campfires, and learn the tips and hacks from experienced backpacking guides so you’re ready to tackle the next big hiking adventure.

The Blue Ridge Mountains are ancient, rugged, and teeming with wildlife. With fellow Eagles, participants will spend three nights under the stars, sleeping in lean-to shelters, tents, or hammocks. Each day will offer a new spring setting with challenging trails, wildflowers, starry skies, and birdsong filling the air.  

Long days on foot will be rewarded with unforgettable views, basking on ridgelines, and camaraderie from taking on challenging days together. 

In two separate teams of 10 hikers, participants will work together to cover rugged terrain, ascend and descend a total of over 7,000 feet in elevation, set up camp, prepare meals, and reflect on the grit and determination it took each person to succeed. Guides will facilitate conversation on the trail and around the campfire to insight thoughtful reflection amongst the group.
