Veterans’ Health and Wellness

Team RWB’s Eagle Ambassadors are an exclusive group of members who want to use their platforms to help veterans unlock their full potential. As an Eagle Ambassador, you’ll get free merch, a heads up on launches, special deals, support in growing your following, and the knowledge that you’re making a difference in the lives of veterans. If fitness, mental health, military humor, and positivity are how you roll on social, check out the details below.

WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?

Team RWB is looking for 17 Eagle Ambassadors committed to forging America’s leading health and wellness community for veterans.

The best applicants will:

Have a network of military veterans, family members and supporters who may not already be aware of Team RWB
Have active, consistent, and public social media (Facebook, Instagram, or Linkedin) influence
Have a direct connection to the military
Be on a health and wellness journey with goals that they’re willing to share
Share the belief that veterans’ best days are ahead of them when they prioritize health and wellness

WHAT TO EXPECT?

Team RWB will:

Send you a swag package very 6 months
Team RWB will offer a stipend for hotel, flight, or activity entry fee - up to - no more than $250 to help you achieve a “Big Fitness Goal” in 2024
Collab with you for 1 Instagram post
Share your posts that tag Team RWB on our Instagram stories
Stay in touch and support with you through a custom Instagram Ambassador Channel
Provide you with custom links to encourage friends to join the team and shop, and list you on this page
Share your information with our partners who may send you sample gear and products
Feature you on here on our website
Host quarterly meetings with special guests and monthly check-ins
Provide you with custom links to encourage friends to join the team and shop, and list you on this page

Ambassadors will:

Identify and commit to a 2024 Big Fitness Goal
Submit 1 photo in the eagle shirt and a quote about how fitness impacts your life, mental health, overall well-being.
Collab with Team RWB for 1 Instagram post in 2024
Monthly: Post tagging #teamrwb and @teamrwb 3 times per month, 1 of those will be wearing the Eagle, and in the lead up to completing the big fitness goal 1 post will mention Big Fitness Goal.
Wear Team RWB gear during the Big Fitness Goal attempt and complete at least 1 post about the attempt tagging Team RWB.
Register for the Team RWB App and participate in BFG Team RWB App group 3x per month.
Attend, complete virtually, or host at least 2 monthly missions - 1 every 6 months.

HOW TO APPLY

Follow the steps below to apply to become an Eagle Ambassador.

STEP 1:

Download the Team RWB App and join the team if you haven’t already, then take the “Enriched Life Scale” survey (health tab of your profile). You MUST be a registered member of Team RWB and take the Enriched Life Scale to be selected.

STEP 2:

STEP 3:

Fill out the application and hang tight for a decision. We will let you know either way by 5 APRIL.

Applications are open for the 2024 spring Ambassador 14 MAR - 28 MAR.

Team RWB will consider each application carefully and choose the individuals they believe will be committed to helping Team RWB reach veterans who can benefit from our programs.
Nope. Team RWB will look at all applications regardless of the number of followers. We’re looking for individuals with capacity to reach veterans who can benefit from our programs. Those folks will have followings big and small.
No, but Team RWB is looking for ambassadors who can specifically reach veterans who should join up. So, being a veteran definitely helps.
Team RWB is a nonprofit organization and this is our ambassador program. This is not a paid partnership.

Team RWB is committed to sending quarterly swag to our ambassadors and helping you build your personal following by amplifying your posts.
New this year: Tam RWB will provide a one-time $250 stipend to support your Big Fitness Goal.
To be considered for this opportunity, your accounts and posts on Facebook and Instagram must be set to public. This is because we won’t be able to see or share your posts if it’s private!
